Shipping Policy
We endeavor to post within 7 days once payment is received, custom designs will require additional time, to be discussed at quotation stage.
All items are shipped by Australia Post.
All items wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed.
Some items may require simple assembly once received, to allow for the safest packaging.
Combined post is offered, but will need to be calculated according to size of package, the weight of glass items and your postcode.
We endeavour to keep postage and handling costs to a minimum.
Postage charged in our shop is for within Australia only.
We can post outside Australia, please contact us prior to purchase so postage can be calculated, or you may choose to arrange your own delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Extreme care is taken in creating the best possible glass creations.
All creations are hand made, and can have slight differences to that shown in the stock photo. Please allow for minor creative flair.
Our photos form part of the description.
We use naturally sourced wood, no piece is exactly the same but we will endeavour to keep it as similar as possible.
Please request insurance if required, as we will not be held responsible for the care of the item after it has left our possession.
We package in bubble wrap and box items.
We do not replace or give refunds if you have changed your mind.
Goods will be replaced or a refund given if product is found to have a manufacturing fault. Goods to be returned to us in the same packaging as you received them. The customer pays for return postage.
If not totally satisfied with your purchase please contact us, we will do our best to rectify the situation.
